While each health care provider has individual needs for evaluating patients, here are a few general tips for creating a feedback system:
*Make the feedback public. When a company is doing a quality job relating to patients, they can be proud of much of the feedback they receive. If a health care provider has a website, they should ask for the patients consent and publish the evaluation for the public to see. This shows the patient that their opinion has value and attracts new business as well.
This can be done as a “Patient Testimonial” or published in your clinic proudly displaying how pleased your patients are.
*Keep the patient information anonymous. Since a patient has to return several times over the course of a year, they will be more likely to give honest feedback when they know it will be confidential. No one wants personal information shared.
Take patient feedback seriously. Give them the ability to connect with you. Make them feel you care.

It is very hard to raise children. A mom should be given awards each day for the things she does for her child and her family.
